If customers use their own courier to collect goods from our warehouse, liability for loss or damage will transfer to the customer. Please choose collection from the shipping method drop down.

Making a Purchase

To make a purchase, browse through the catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished shopping, click on 'proceed to checkout' and you will be asked to complete a few details that we need to complete your order.

Checking Delivery Charges

You can check the cost of postage at any time by adding products to your basket and then proceeding to Checkout. Once in Checkout just state where your delivery is going.


Next Day & Same Day Dispatch

We endeavour to dispatch orders as soon as possible. Orders received after 3pm will be processed the next working day. Non-stock products can not be dispatched the same day or as next day delivery An estimated lead time is given on the product information page where relevant.

Do the prices shown include VAT?

Prices show both excluding and including VAT. VAT is added at checkout.

Multi-Buy Discounts

Multi-Buy discount prices are only valid for orders being sent to one single delivery address. This includes account customers.

The Multi-Buy discount prices shown are also Trade prices for account customers.


Payment is made using any major credit/debit card via the online ordering system. The online ordering system uses Barclays as a payment service provider. All transactions are made on secure pages which use 128 bit encryption to transfer data between the browser and the server. Alternatively, you can choose to pay securely via PayPal.

If ‘Live Support’ is Offline, how soon will you respond?

We endeavour to man our Live Support continuously during our office hours of 9am to 5pm weekdays. If we are Offline, you are welcome to leave a message with your contact information and someone will get back to you during our office hours.


Terms for returning products

Returns and Exchanges

You can cancel your orders without reasons, provided the display is not a "made to order" stand, within 30 working days from the day after the day you received the goods. You will be refunded any amount you have been charged within 30 days of cancellation. However, in the event the goods have been delivered or despatched to you prior to cancellation, you must return the goods to us, and pay the costs of shipping and credit card charges. Any goods returned must be received by us in the same condition and, as far as possible, in the same packaging as when they were delivered to you. Credit/debit card refunds can only be refunded back onto the original card used to purchase the goods.

If the goods are faulty or the wrong item has been dispatched a full refund will be made upon receipt of photographic evidence clearly showing damage to the item and/or packaging. Credit/debit card refunds can only be refunded back onto the original card used to purchase the goods.

It is vital to obtain a proof of postage certificate when returning goods as we can't be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.

When returning fragile items such as acrylic displays, please ensure to package well (preferably in original packaging) and purchase insurance to protect against damages as we will not refund damaged returned goods.

For acrylics purchased, please allow up to 3-5mm tolerance due to laser cutting process.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us using original condition within 14 days of delivery date and, once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (this does not include bespoke/made to order products). Postage and packing fees will not be refunded in the case of non faulty items. Discretionary Restocking fee may be charged

Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Damaged/Faulty/Incorrect Items

Where possible, please check item upon delivery. Damages and faults MUST be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. You may be asked for photographic evidence of any damage to both the item/s and packaging to aid in further investigations. When replacements are sent, we shall send out via next day service where possible, but timed deliveries will be chargeable should they be requested.

At Display Stands Ltd we strive to deliver quality products and great service at competitive prices.

We monitor our Competitors' pricing regularly to ensure our customers get the best price. If you find a better price elsewhere, we'll match it providing it meets with our terms below.

You will need to provide a website link and/or screen shot clearly showing the website name, date, product and checkout total.

Terms & Conditions

  • The Competitor's product must be identical to ours (size, colour, material, etc).
  • The Competitor's price must include delivery costs to your chosen delivery address and VAT.
  • The Competitor's product must be in stock at the time of price match.
  • The Competitor must be able to manufacturer the item within the same time scale at the time of the match.
  • The Competitor must be based in the UK and sell direct to the public.
  • Our Price Match Guarantee DOES NOT include goods for sale within online auctions or online marketplaces such as Ebay.
  • The Competitor's price must be publicly advertised online and cannot include membership or personal discounts.
  • Bulk promotional offers such as buy one, get one free cannot be matched.
  • No other discounts, deals, vouchers or promotions can be used in conjunction with the Price Match Guarantee.
  • Price Match Guarantee cannot be applied to goods already purchased.
  • Price Match Guarantee does not apply to clearance offers, closing down sales or similar offers, deals and discounts.
